I ordered my education evaluation with Wes half year ago. But i can't provide some documents what they asking for. Beside originals they asking for an apostille. ( You can't get it in USA, you need to go back to your country  where you complite your education and ask for it, witch pretty much making it imposible) I started canseelation process. They charge me a $50 fee, and returned rest of my money, but when i asked my Transations back they said they don't send back a translation it is on their policy. But I cansel a evaluation. Why they kipping my translations? I paid $50 fee already, I think they should return all my documents back, I wrote a letter to the customer servers explaining this they never answering me back. Just ignored me.
