World Education Services WES FRAUDULENT COMPANY BEWARE AND BE WARNED!!!!! Internet

Unfortunately I am just reading this after talking to the customer service agent today I had googlrd them before I paid 3 weeks ago. The reason I looked for complaints against the company is the the service I recieved when I called. From the way the call transpired I figured the company was no good. My suspicion was confirmed with the number of complaints online. The first red flag was the wait period I figured why would you wait so long for an evaluation ompany I get thru to my bank, a big national bank much quicker, must be a lot of complains I thought. I got thru the second day after deciding I was going to wait as long as it took until someone answered. I can't remember the agents name but boy was he rude and VERY unprofessional.My transcript was sent directly from the school and WES told me they had to have the school verify the documents?????? Ok so I asked him how long does it take to get a reply from the schools when you send them requests for verification, I specifically told him I am not asking for a commitment time frmae but from prior experiences what would you say the turn around time is; he told me he had no idea because they have no records on file on how long these things take and have no cases he can refer...red flag number two.He then went ahead and said if they don't hear from the school in two months they would send them a reminder, I asked for a manager and he told me he was a senior level officer and there was no one else I could talk. If a senior officer had no answer to such a basic question then who would? as I was talking to him I was hit by the realization that I had just been scammed out of my hard earned money. I am filing a claim with BBB, writing to naces and all other evaluation baords that they are members of. I honestly think there should be a class action against these thieves, any takers?
