X2Gen Rebate Rip Off- Looking For Reason To Deny Rebates And No Resubmittals ripoff, unreasonable and no responsive Chicago Illinois

Bought X2gesen 19 lcd monitor from Tigerdirect and used the OnRebate to get rebate. I filled everything out, Onrebate even emailed me to say they received everything and everything was approved. Then 8 weeks after approval they write and say the MFG has denied the rebate because I entered the wrong serial#.
Since nothing I print from OnRebate shows the serial number I entered online and they haven't faxed me a copy of my online entry I can't say for sure if serial# was entered correctly or not. But all the paper work I mailed in was correct, signed and even taped box bar code to paper like they asked.

When I asked about giving the correct number OnRebate say they can't resubmit or correct a submittal so I'm basic cheated out of $75.I wrote to X2gen and yet to receive any kind of response from them.
