Called the company (Xgen) 2 weeks ago to follow up on my rebate, was told it was mailed the week before. Now 3 weeks later still no rebate, called them back and go someone who barely speaks English and was told by her they are not "doing" the rebates I have to got to rebatesystems.com. (I had to have her repeat that no less than 4 times and then spell it twice she was so hard to understand). Seems this company has no record of my $65.00 worth rebates. And now are trying the " Well, the times has expired". Well it did not expire when I was told 3 weeks ago it was mailed. Now they are "checking on it" and will get back to me in a couple of weeks. This is a rip-off

X2Gen I Got My Rebate Finally

After having all the same problems as mentioned in previous reports I got my $95.00 rebate by filing a report with the Better Business Bureau. You may file a report (making sure you have all necessary paperwork for validation) by using the following link; http://chicago.bbb.org/ I also always send my larger rebates using certified mail which shows proof of mailing and delivery which I did for this one. Good luck, it worked for me.
