I ordered a "free trial" of the acai berry pills to aide weight loss. I was charged shipping and handling within days. I still have not received the "free" trial pills and the complany charged me and additional 139.97 for what, I will never know. I got the company phone number from my CC company and called to straighten things out. I waited 45 minutes before giving up and reporting it as a fraudulant charge to my CC company. It has been 9 days, but when I googled XM Labs, I found that this is a SCAM! Who knows how many others have been victims. In 20 years, I have used CCards to purchase things online and have never been scammed. Thanks to XM labs, I will never buy anything unless I can pay through PayPal.
