Basically it's the same as all the others. I spoke to someone after being on hold for 25 minutes. He said I could cancel my subscription, I said let me guess you will credit me $40. He said well yes I can do that. I went into the detail every one has described. He just said I agreed to the terms and conditions. We went back and forth with me saying that was not acceptable I want to cancel and I want my money back. After about 20 minutes of that he asked if we were going to do this for 2 hours. I said whatever it takes to get my $. I asked to speak to supervisor, he said he was the supervisor but after about 10 more minutes he said he needed to put me on hold. I said no, I know what will happen then. So he put someone on the phone who started out very nice and walked me through the cancellation process. When I brought up my money his tone changed, I asked to speak to the supervisor or whoever is in charge he said it was him Robert. I said hmmm interesting that is what the last guy said. He didn't have anything to say. I told him I would report him to the FTC and the BBB he said go ahead, you signed the agreement, they won't do anything. I said you know your company is on the internet being reported as a ripoff, he said thats what happens when you buy stuff on-line. I said that is not true, this has never happened. In the end he said I would NOT get money back and hung up on me. I've tried to call back for about an hour and message says please hold then cuts me off. I also wonder with all these complaints how does Facebook allow them to still be apart of them????

The problem is XM Labs says you have a 10 day trial period. However, it takes them longer than 10 days to send you the product!!!!!!!! The same day I recieved my "Trial Bottle" I was charged $139.97. At what point was there a trial??? Had I known I would not have received the bottle during the trial period, I wouldn't have signed up!!!! I'm sure that's the case with EVERYONE complaining here. So don't make it out as if we didn't read the terms and conditions!!!!

Without reading it, did you agree to the terms and conditions when you signed up? if so they probably don't owe you the money.
