XM Labs XM Labs ripped me off $139 Hollywood Florida

I also decided to spend $4.95 on a 'free' sample of acai berry. Before I received the product (and as of this report - I still have not received it) this company had already taken not only the $495 but also too $139 out of my account. They were never authorized to take money out of my account. I also got the phone number from my bank and when you call it, it answers but hangs up. After about 6 tries, I finally started pushing 0 as fast as I could then finally got the music hold. A man named Don came on the phone and was the rudest individual that I have ever spoken to. He would not give me his last name, when I asked to speak to someone higher than him, his response was "that is not going to happen". Then I got mad and told him I would fight and report this company and his response to that was "yeah and you will be hit with a countersuit. He was very nasty. I told him I had not even received the product yet, and he said well it takes 2-3 weeks. I was also told that I would not receive a refund. This is a scam. I am reporting this company to the authorities in Hollywood, FL and every other authority I can find. We went to our bank, who told us this was a scam and they have seen alot of it. We were told that the money had to post then our bank would put it back into our account. When and if I do receive this "free sample" - it will be returned immediately. I also agree that if this company has to resort to being thieves to sell it, then it is a scam. Also beware that I got this information from an ad on television, which by the way, I will also be reporting to the FCC.

Make no mistake... XM Labs is a bunch of thieves who make money stealing from people & NOT from selling a weight loss product.
