I placed an order for a two-week free trial period of a product XM Labs offered. The company implies that after you try the product you can cancel if you are not satisfied, otherwise, they will begin shipping the product to you. I have not yet received my free two week supply, however, my bank account was charged $139.99 for a product that I have not been given the opportunity to try. I believe the practices of the terms and conditions of this company are deceptive and ultimately unfair to the consumer who is trusting them enough to try a product they offer. I know I will not order from them again. I have contacted my bank and am disputing this charge. I will also be contacting the BBB in my area to file a report.

Xm Labs Hollywood Xtreamhealthproducts (Kansas) I too was ripped off by these people. I ordered the trial, received a shipment 5 days later with a $139.97 invoice. They used my card to get it, refunded it (unknown why) and took it the next day. Hollywod, Florida
