XM-Labs Scam-Rip Off-Deceptive Practices Hollywood Florida

I ordered a FREE TRIAL of the acai berry pills. I was charged $4.95. Then I was charged on my credit card $139.97 a few days later. I never received the FREE TRIAL in time to see if I liked the product. The second charge of $139.97 was for product that I never received NOR DID I ORDER THIS PRODUCT. I did cancel the product after delays after delays on the phone and was given a cancellation #. I subsequently called the next day again to make sure it was cancelled and she remembered my name......how could that be????? This operation is a SCAM.

I have been reading thru the blogs on this site and no one has ever mentioned their so-called disclaimer....It said they take charge-backs very seriously....and if you cancel they will report you to an "Internet Data Base" as committing FRAUD (for returning or cancelling the product...whatever.....) and you the consumer will NEVER be able to purchase products over the internet again.....COMPLETELY FALSE.There is no such data base. In fact they are the ones who are committing FRAUD. This is conflicting in it's own right. Remember everyone, CHARGEBACKS are the enemy of the merchant not the comsumer.

These people are bad. I contacted the BBB in Hollywood Florida, The FBI Internet Crime Database & Florida Attorney General's Office. Please note that I have filed a dispute with my credit card company and they have now put a BLOCK on this merchant from ever charging my card again. I have send a complete package and all information including blogs and filing information on this deceptive product to the Florida General Attorney Office and complete history to my Credit Card company..... Now remember it will take numerous complaints to SHUT THEM DOWN
completely..nationwide..since this is now a national crime issue as they are scamming people out of their hard earned money....and we need to SHUT THEM DOWN. I think it would be in are best interest to call the local PD in Hollywood Florida. They are stealing our money and that in itself is a crime.........

You can also go on GOOGLE EARTH put in their address and see where they supposidly are operating out of!!! YOU WON'T BE SURPRISED.. Their IP originated address is the West Indies!!!!!

So STAY ON TOP AND READ YOUR STATEMENTS. Try-Pay Pal......keep your numbers safe and tell your credit card company to BLOCK your number. Be pasionate and protect yourself.
