Yourmusic.com Lets you open and account and takes out money from your account, but wont let you close your account Indianapolis Indiana

I joined yourmusic.com. Everything was going okay, until I decided to cancel my account. I tried to log in over 100 times. It keeps telling me to enable cookies. Even though I enable cookies, it still will not let me log in to my account. If I cant get to my account, I cant close it.

So, there is a link where you can fill out an email to contact them. When I fill this out, over 100 times, it says there is a error and will not send it. So, I cant log on to close my account, and I cant contact them to tell them there is a problem and I want to close the account.

So, now I have to send them a letter in the mail because they list no phone number. Could there be a reason they dont list a contact number? Could it be that they are intentionally ripping people off? I think this is exactly the case. There are two addresses listed as well. One in Indianapolis and one in New York City. I wonder how many months they will keep taking unauthorized charges out of my account before I can stop them. What a ripoff. How can they live with themselves knowing they are purposely ripping off people?
