I signed up for yourmusic.com after seeing a link for it on it's parent companies website, BMG Music. I trusted it because I have never had any issues with BMG. Apparently I was wrong. They have charged my account for a CD that I never ordered.
I tried locating a phone and even called BMG but was told that I would have to contact yourmusic.com via their website.
It's not a huge amount of money that was charged but the hassle of having to correct the situation and the principle behind what they did is what is really irritating.
Fortunately my bank was able to reverse the charges but no one should have their trust violated in any way and especially behind a CD. It's just not that serious.
