Description of Problem: The company is a fraud; the company quoted me $1591.09 to move my electric bikes from Los Angeles, ca to Boulder, co. I gave them measurements of the bike for delivery and told them that there are 11 of them, the size of the bike: length 70"x height 45" x width21". They calculated that it would need 286 cubic feet to fit all 11 e-bikes. I also told them that the bikes are not boxed, and you can not stack them on top of each other.

The company took the deposit of $609.10. When the truck arrived on the delivery day, which is today, 02/23/2022, the movers told me they could not proceed with the delivery because these bikes required at least 600 cubic feet; they will not fit in 289 cubic feet. The company called me back and gave me a new estimate of $4320 due to their mistake of a miscalculation of the space for my bikes. I told them that the price was too high, please refund me the deposit back.

The company's representative sarcastically laughed on the phone and then she said: "No! This will not happen". I started telling her according to the contract, I was still within 72 hours window the get my refund, and I needed my money to be refunded. The representative continuously denies that it's their fault. The representative tells me, stuttering and with an in-confidence tone of voice, that the refund window time is between when the order was made and the delivery drivers showing up at my door. That is the only window I have to cancel the order.

I told her that "I was not canceling the order, I just want my bikes to be delivered, but since you are charging me a quote of $4000, I am not agreeing; it's too expensive". The representative continuously finds excuses not to refund the money, and I can hear people laughing in the background telling her what to say. She spoke to me as she was repeating words being dictated by someone else in the background, and then she hung up on me. This company is NOT professional; they took my deposit and made a mistake; due to their miscalculation, my money is gone.
