AMAZON HOME WARRANTY horrible coverage! New York New York

We bought the so called 'best home warranty' because we had an older furnace. It worked fine for a couple years, but  it wore out in late February, The HVAC guy said it had a cracked heat exchanger, which is the typical way they wear out.  He told the warranty company it is time to replace it.  Amazon fine print says they do NOT cover it.  I am a Realtor, I have worked with reliable home warranty companies many times, who DO cover a cracked heat exchanger. We had to pay over $5000 to replace it during the coldest week of the year.

I agree with the many complaints against Amazon home warranty listed here and on the Better business bureau!  Their people were very rude and seemed to sadistically enjoy being nasty on the phone.
