after 7 years of purchasing home warranty servivce through (ARW) American Residentail Warranty.we filled a claim on our washer machine July 2024. ARW contracted a third party to fix the issue . The 3rd party company sent 3 different technicians out in a three week time frame, All three technicians diagnosed the issue differently and incorrectly, ordering parts that werent need. and the washer machine is still inoperable.. and were told that the parts needs will take us over the coverage amount .ARW offered us a buy out plan for $250 after we spent over $2600 in warranty coverage and never used any of the coverage..ARW American Residential Coverage is definietly scamming people.

I would never recommend this compnay to any one.
