Avanquest Software Breach of Warranty Riverside CA,

I bought software entitled My Bookkeeper 15. On the box it states in that there is a 90 day money back guarantee. The software was too rigid and wouldn't allow me to create an adequate chart of accounts.

I followed their return policy to the letter, returning the software, purchase receipt, and package proof of purchases. I mailed it to them by certified mail and have a receipt for December 24, 2018.

They never contacted me in any manner. I called them today, March 20, 2019 and was told that they never received the DVD. This is an outright lie which is impossible to disprove.
