CARiD Refused to provide return label and refund on WeatherTech mats which are guaranteed for life

I purchased WeatherTech mats from CARiD which did not hold up. I contacted WeatherTech and they sent me replacements which I didn't need anymore because I had purchased another brand. I informed CARiD about this and asked for a return label & refund and this was their response.

On behalf of our store, I would like to apologize for the inconvenience with the order.
We have received a message from the manufacturer and they denied your return request. They say that if you were to send them the part back it would have to be within 30-days of the original purchase and be in a new/unused condition. The manufacturer would require both the replacement and the original part back for a refund. They do not think the original part is a new/unused/resellable condition so they would have to say they would not refund you for that return.
