To whom may concern? 

 

Weather you take care of my issue or not I will continue to write negative reviews every single week to let others know not to trust you guys. Someone needs to warn the customers about your tactics. I will take ads on how bad you guys are really are.  You guys say you do a so called 150- inspections which I do believe you don't do because if you did you would not have sold a stolen car to a customer. The repair shops catch it, and you don't. You guys are full of excuses.  You probably dismiss this and go about your business in ripping people off.

 

This is my Problem. It's sitting in a repair shop since October 2022 because it needs a new engine. So, we are stuck with lemon.

 

 We bought a 2011 Cadillac SRX from Carvana April 4th of 2022 later that same year in October 22 the engine lights came on and I had to replace the water pump and the belt twice. I call them in October and the rep said it is what is. Now in January 2023 I need a new engine. I took it to 2 different repair shops and said the same thing I need a new engine. So, I took it to the Cadillac dealership to make sure and they told me that this car has never been service in a very long time. He said he never saw anything like this and said this car had problems before it got to me, I have been going back and forth with Carvana with no end sight. I have all the records of the services that has been done since we had it.

Warranty

 Carvana provides a 7 day return policy and a 100 day warranty. This is more than enough time to get the vehicle thoroughly inspected by a mechanic and repair anything that's broken. Anything that happens after that is on you, just like with any other used car. You are not even close to being inside the warranty period, so they are obviously not going to help you. I'm not sure what you expect from a GM vehicle. 10 years is about the expected lifespan of their cars. If you want something that lasts longer, buy a car from a more reputable company (such as Honda/Acura or Toyota/Lexus).

You Can Forget All The BBB PHONY BALONEY!

The ONLY reason they have a FAKE "rating" of "F" is because THEY HAVEN'T PURCHASED THEIR FAKE "A+" RATING. The BBB with all their PHONY BALONEY is NOT part of ANY government or law enforcement body. No matter how much self promotion and prancing around the BBB does to DECEIVE the public, they have ZERO POWER to enforce any laws or force any business to do anything. Their ONLY purpose in life is to SELL their PHONY RATINGS and their PHONY ACCREDITATIONS to any business willing to PAY FOR THEM. The sleaziest prostitute on the street has more honesty than the BBB. The BBB PHONY COMPLAINT process is ONLY an exercise in you providing them with information which the PHONY BALONEY BBB will use as a SALES LEAD to sell that business their PHONY RATING. Remember this: With the BBB, it starts with honesty...honesty which the BBB doesn't have.
