Carvana processed a payment before verifying my id and other documents. Then told me they would not be able to contiune with my order. This did not prevent them from taking thousands of dollars from my account. They now claim that they can only refund me the money after 10-15 business days. This is absurd, transactions do not take this much time, at least for them to take my money out.

The AI, the real chat advocates, and people on the phone will give you misleading information, they have about 6 or more costumer service lines which will lead you to the same people. They will say whatever without knowing if it is accurate. Also, they will blame the tresury department but refuse to give you contact information. You will have to search for it and they will only provide emails but no phone numers.

You are concerned about getting your money back, right? WHAT ABOUT THE BIGGER CONCERN??? You wanted to buy a USED CAR you've NEVER seen, NEVER test driven, NEVER heard the engine run, NEVER felt the transmission shift, NEVER checked for leaks, NEVER checked for interior damage, NEVER checked proper operation of each and everjy accessory, NEVER checked the tires, NEVER checked for body fit and finish, NEVER checked the brakes, NEVER checked all the glass for damage. YOU wanted to buy some dumb USED CAR sight unseen and you think nothing of that and your only worry is 10 to 15 days??? Are you a member of the current generation with little to no financial common sense or is it you were born that way??? Only an absolute, certified fool would ever entertain the idea of buying some USED CAR sight unseen! Carvana caters to those with ZERO COMMON SENSE! As for the BBB, the BBB is NOT part of ANY government body and will SELL their PHONY BALONEY RATINGS to any business which wants to buy them. THAT is a VERY WELL KNOWN FACT in the business community.
