It is amazing that the American Government does not have a watchdog watching for criminalized bank loan companies like this one that charges 449% interest? When they make the law that states this:
What is the highest interest rate allowed by law? 8% per year The maximum legal interest rate is 8% per year, with different rates applicable if there is a written agreement. Specific provisions include those involving contract rates on home loans, high-costhome loans, savings and loan associations, bonds sold below par, loans for less than $300,000, and equity lines of credit.
Interest rates as high as 449%: Loans from CashNetUSA are expensive. The installment loans have rates ranging from 129.00% all the way to 449.00%.Dec 23, 2019

File a dispute with BBB

If you go to BBB website all opened disputes are settled for payback of principal loaned . They are aware the interest charged is illegal (not a lawyer just my opinion) So they will never take you to court .But they will ding your credit . So they ask for principle loaned back and any interest paid is your loss.
