Do not use Chase online banking because when you do? All online banking and all internet users will receive your banking details on your account and will easily be able to take your hard earned money.

I don't care what you are! You are a HUMAN and as such you are to be respected. Even more basic is your money is just as good as anyone else's money! If I ran the place and there was concrete, undeniable evidence of poor treatment for any reason, that person or people would be looking for a job! However, it works BOTH WAYS. There's a difference between not getting your own way because of some policy or business matter and discrimination. We live in a sorry time where over and over people pull out some sympathy card as an excuse. If you have friends or acquaintances who have also been treated poorly then by all means spread the word! Generally speaking, those two insurance purchases, GAP and an extended service plan are administered and provided by companies separate from the car dealership. Go thru your paperwork and find out their names and contact them to cancel. Unfortunately, the Sleazy American Car Business is TOP HEAVY with trash and slime balls. They know for a fact, the average person coming thru their door has little to know idea what they're doing and will sign anything without having the common sense to READ what they are BEFORE they agree to it. I'm not saying that's what you did but the dealership trash also knows their average customer doesn't have the backbone to stand up for themselves. So then, your homework assignment is to do what you need to do to find out who administers those policies and cancel thru them and make sure you follow the required cancellation procedure TO THE BOOK and keep receipts and anything you need to send by regular mail, you send certified, return receipt requested so you have a paper trail. Secondly, there may be different regulations in your state regarding canceling these products. Do some research to be armed just in case. Its unfortunate but that's the state of the Sleazy American Car Business today. Not all car dealers are bad but far too, too many are choking on the stench of their own FRAUD and DECEPTION and THAT is an absolute FACT!!!
