Checkfreescore.com Lied about refund check

I tried checkfreescore back in March 2023 and I canceled my membership before the trial period ended .then the following  week they charged me $39.90 so I called my bank and reported  it and then I called checkfreescore and talked to their customer service  people . They said that they would issue  me a refund .but when they tried to credit my card my bank declined  because they canceled my card and issued me a new one so they said they would send out a paper check to the address I provided them .so two weeks went by and no check so I called them back and they said it can take up to 21 business  days  to receive  so I waited 21 days and still no check then I called again and talked to a supervisor  they assured  me that the check was sent out on March 9th. And to give it a couple more days and tried to blame the usps .so I went to the post office and they didn't have it and said they would look into it for me.

So I waited another week and still no check so I called them back again and the supervisor  said that they would expedite  my case and get another check sent out so here we go again waiting another 21 business days  and this time to my surprise  I received a check but the check was for only 1 dollar so I called them back again and asked if this was a joke I told them the check was for 1 dollar and that they owed me more then that so I talked to another  supervisor  and he said that all he could do is turn it over to their resolution department  and have them expedite another  check to me and someone will be calling me back .another week goes by no call back. No check so I call back again and tell them that they need to overnight  a check to me 

And they say the same thing they said the last time I called so I waited another 21 business days and still no check to this very day I still have not received  a call back or a check from them my next call is going to be to a lawyer and the bbb and see what my options  are going forward .

Checkfreescore are a bunch of lies and anyone who uses them as an affiliate are just as much at fault as they are .

So in closing beware of checkfreescore they will rip you off and lie to you .
