Checkr Report past 7 year hiring company policy San Fransico California

This company intentionally reported past Ubers 7 year companies policy,  forcing me to be deactivated from the result of a 15 year old conviction. I've passed every checkr bg report I've ever taken, until the most recent one.. in which, they did a lifetime bg check that doesn't apply to me because I don't live in California, where a law was passed for lifetime bg checks on rideshare platforms.

I live in New Jersey, and every time I requested a reinvestigation-they send me a map showing that my state allows lifetime bg checks, which is fine. However, what they deliberately disregard here is, the company, which is Uber, 7 year bg check policy. They are not doing what Uber pays them to do, check back 7 years, and nothing more.

They're are totally doing what they see fit at their discretion. Then searching a map in your area to validate their malicious reasoning. They need to fix this problem asap so I can go back onto the Uber platform. I have 3000 Uber eats deliveries, a 5 star rating, which is perfect overall.

There's no reason my account should have ever been deactivated because somebody has a personal issue with me, and found a loophole to try and stop my income. It's been about 5 weeks now since my deactivation, and the stoppage of my minimum 1k per week from the Uber platform.

I have a 19 year honors student in her second year studying to be a Doctor. I shouldn't have to tell her I don't have tuition money, because of a bg check companies malicious intents to have my Uber account deactivated because they are performing task Uber didn't pay them to do.

They better fix this fast, because I have a injury suit coming soon. And will sue them into oblivion.. so MAKE IT RIGHT CHECKR and stop f**king playing with people lively hoods. I jus took a bg check with Grubhub, which has similar bg requirements as Uber in Feb 2022 all clear.  And now my Uber Aug 2022 bg comes back not clear.
