They reported on my credit that I was 90 days past due. I changed bank accounts and they kept trying to take money out of the old account.

I made multiple attempts to fix the problem and was told it would be fix and it was not. Now they are blaming me and refuse to remove their false information.

Do you owe them money? Did you try to get out of making recurrent payments by switching bank accounts? If they are trying to get the money out of an old account, is this because you gave them a check on that old account? You say you've "tried to fix this." How? By paying the balance?

Doesn't sound like it. "Now they are blaming me..." if you owe them money, and you haven't paid, how should they blame? "They refuse to remove their false information." What is that false information? Is it really false?
