cleverbridge malwarebytes auto renewal without notice

Cleverbridge claims to give you at least 30 day notice before auto renewal of malwarebytes premiun. The only notice  I rcvd was on the  day my credit card was charged. I searched my email and found no pre renewal email. I have request a refund but they state they give no refunds.

malewarebytes did not give notice of auto annual renewal

I did NOT get 30 day notice of auto annual renewal. The only notice I rcvd was when my credit card was charged. I requested a refund even though they state they do not give refunds and they credited my credit card in a reasonable time. They have a good product but it conflicted with some of my programs.
