Comenity Capital Bank CCB Dental First Financing Credit Closed my account with no notice Columbus Ohio

I received an alert from my Intuit app that an account had been closed. When I checked, it stated my CCB Dental First account had been closed. When I called the number to CCB, the rep stated that there was no explation in their system as to why the account was closed. It simply stated that all of them had been closed. This is so wrong. Many people rely on accounts like this to help afford our dental costs. They could have at least passed the accounts on to another bank to help keep them open. My account was in good standing. This is really poor customer service and poor business practice from this bank.
