I opened a Cryto.com account and invested over 9k a couple of years ago.  I also referred a friend who never received a card. We both staked thousands worth of a fraud coin called "CRO" to gain the promised "metal" cards.  They refused to send either of us cards, but the value of the CRO dropped by over 80% while staked.  I also noticed every time I buy crypto, I pay more than the market price and every time I sell I get less than the market value.

I confirmed this with repeating tests where I traded set amounts more than one time per minute. The logs show the price happens to be up every time I buy and then lower when I sell (even if it's within the same minute".  I enabled 2FA authentication with Microsoft Authenticator.  I would show you the logs which prove they always charge more than the market rate when you buy and pay less when you sell but they have locked me out of my account several months after I updated my number.

I still get the emails for verification when I try to log in but after verifying my email address, I am told to verify a code sent to my old number with no alternative to recover access.  They have dropped email, Microsoft Authentication, PIN and device registration as methods to recover access without warning.

When my friend asked why she could not get a card. She was told to send a picture of her face and torso while holding a handwritten sign with her first name, last name, today’s date and random code.  She attempted to send them the picture as instructed dozens of times before realizing they do this to humiliate her with no intention of helping. They are now saying I need to hold a handwritten sign with my name, the date and a code, as I take a picture which includes my entire torso as well.

As they are aware this is not possible without having someone take the picture for you and that they have continued to refuse to send my friend her card after she sent pictures of herself, driver’s license, proof of address on utility bills and the humiliating pictures of her head and torso as she struggles to hold up the hand written sign.

We both asked if they could refer to the terms of service when they demanded these pictures and customer support refuses. They also refuse to let us talk to management, provide phone numbers or any address. The “customer support” employees who told me I will never gain access without providing these absurd pictures are Emmy and Varian.
