Delta Airlines suspended my Husband on Feb 6, 2023 accusing him of breaching social media policy. He was on unpaid suspension during this time. Corporate security was supposedly “investigating” during his suspension but it turns out, no serious investigation took place, otherwise my Husband would still be employed. Delta has a termination protocol but this was never afforded my Husband. My Husband was under the impression during his employment that the termination protocol was for every employee, yet he was never afforded this. Something stinks at Delta. They have former FBI as corporate security at Delta. Keep this in mind. How did Delta know what my ANONYMOUS social media account was and who it belonged to? How was me and my Husband linked? Told you something stinks at Delta. The FBI has been weaponized against us all, reaching into places they have no business in. Nowhere in any of my social media posts was Delta nor my Husband ever mentioned, so again, how was any of this possible unless someone had so e reach they hav no business with? My Husband never had, even to this day, access to my social media account, but Delta feels if they say it happened, then it happened. These corporate security goons told my Husband they are convinced of his guilt rather than the proof pointing to his guilt. Delta Airlines is a demonic company who will say whatever they can to make what they say right rather than how things really are. Me and my Husband feel they were already after him for something, anything and used this supposed breach of social media policy to do it with, despite the fact he wasnt/isnt guilty of that either. Husband is a White 60 year old with 27 years with the company with not much longer before retirement. Whatever their reason, you can bet much nefariousness is behind this whole witch hunt. Delta is NOT the company they want people to believe they are. They are heartless and frankly, liars, who portray themselves to be honest and right but is anything but. So what was the violation?

AUTHOR: Flint - (Afghanistan)

POSTED: Wednesday, March 29, 2023

You seem awfully evasive about the alleged violation itself.  Obviously, it had to be something concerning Delta, otherwise why would they even care?  If it's anonymous, how would they find his or your social media page?  Plus, anonymous social media is an oxymoron.  If you have friends who know it's your account, it's not really anonymous, is it?  Perhaps one of them sent a screenshot or two to Delta because you posted something they found offensive.

They don't really need to prove anything to you, but they do need some kind of evidence to present in a lawsuit or a labor board proceeding.  At the same time, you obviously admit that the social media account was yours, and that you posted something that presumably violated policy.  That begs the question: how can YOU prove that it wasn't posted by your husband, or at his direction?  It's fairly reasonable to infer that a posting concerning his job at Delta was made by him, unless there is evidence showing otherwise.  And if your husband was that close to retirement, maybe you should have been extra careful not to post things that violated company policy from an account that could be linked to him?
