Esis insurance Refused to pay my claim after we list everything Scranton California

We had a storage unit at extra space storage off of Bear Valley in Apple Valley Ca. They insist you have insurance through them and  that company is Esis, so I agreed and paid for my insurance on time every month. My unit of course got broken into and we lost over $40,000.00

In personal property. Things we've had for years things we thought we're safe because we put them into storage.

Once I was notified by the storage unit Extra Space Storage themselves from the front office. I proceeded with my claim made a place report first and then yeah, I sent in my claim of my loss. My adjuster, Jessica insisted on me giving her the things I did not have to prove the value of my belongings. I told her how could I prove these things when it was all stolen the entire of the the crate of our baseball car, just taken along with our certificates, our proof of value? All that was left to be done was to get an example from the internet, which I did to show her the value of the cards that we're taken. These cards have been passed down for my great grandmother, and we're definitely a valuable. When I told her the value that was not good enough, she insisted, did I prove it? And then denied my claim because of it, this company is just looking for a way to get out of pain in the claims. We trust these companies to pay for our losses. We pay them every month on time. I'm thinking that when we have a loss, we'll be okay. They find anything and everything right in order to not pay your claim. It's a win-win for them and us. The consumers lose, as we did, we lost. So much and nothing we can do about it
