2015 EyeCare Extremely expensive. Sold me glasses that did not fit me and then instead of adjusting them, made me buy a new expensive pair. Dunwoody GA

I had an eye exam and purchased an expensive pair of glasses from this business last year.  The glasses did not fit me correctly and I had difficulty seeing with them.  When I brought them in for adjustment, the staff told me the glasses were perfect, it must just be that they are wrong for my face.  I wish they had given me that guidance when they sold them to me!  So I stupidly purchased the new pair of expensive frames they told me I needed, but they will not fit them for me. 

I understand that it is now COVID 19 times, but they have re-opened and when I asked when I could be fitted via email, the office staff basically said I could pick  up the glasses, but they are not adjusting them.  I requested my eye glass prescription which they finally provided after 3 requests.  At least I can measure my face myself and order glasses from somewhere else. 

I just can't believe I spent approximately $3000 at their business and still do not have wearable glasses.  I feel extremely ripped off considering what I spent and the poor level of customer service I received.
