How does a giant company like Google get away with not providing an email address that they can be reached on for problems they, themselves create. I didn't type the numbers in fast enough on the 2nd verification method via my mobile phone. These guys at Google need my password, my secondary verifaction, and since I wasn't fast enough, on the second attempt to gain access they made me provide a third verification using another email. With everything correctly provided, the google email came up and worked for about one minute, then it returned to the log in menu. So, I go through all three verification methods again just to be told to try back in a few hours.
I have tried back multiple times this weekend and I am permanently canceled from their platform it appears. WHAT Google calls a few hours is going into 72 hours now. The part that teas me off is that I pay these Google jokers for data and other things.
Meanwhile, they just wipe we off their board after being a customer for nearly 30 years. They provide ABSOLUTELY NO customer service. They only have a couple of links that just give you rthe automated phone which just gives you the link that gives you the automated phone. Is this right? No. Should Google offer chat service for stuff like this? Yes, it is only fair. Should Google offer a direct email? All companies should be required to offer contact information for reasonable customer service
Google is getting away with doing what they want with you or too you, and then they hide or ignore you if they don't want you in their business. Should Google offer a phone or Zoom service? Absolutely! As much money as they have, there is no reason why they can't train up a team of STEM customer support engineers to help people that they screw up to begin with.
There are always problems with password verification ay Google. I am a paying customer who can't even have permission to cancel future Google payments because Google has made it a priority to NOT offer customer support. There new more reliable email platforms out there like ProtonMail.com I am switching over, but there are still photos and files, I want that are locked up in Google servers where this no customer support.
