Google google Pixel 3 XL cell phone is defective.

I purchased (4) Google Pixel 3XL's for approximately $1,000 each.  I have had so many problems with all 4 of the Google Pixel 3XL phones. 

The camera malfunctions, making it is impossible to get any quality videos or pictures. 

Additionally, after using the phones for only 2 years, and after minimal use, the phones would get very hot, internally and to the touch, that they automatically shut down.  Two (2) of the four (4) Pixel 3XL's have gotten so hot that they have warped significantly, literally almost completely in half.  Two of the phones are used by my eighty +  year old parents and see very minimal usage.

Google customer assistance has advised that the phones had a one year warranty, which is expired.  Therefore, they are unwilling to repair or replace the phones, and offer no resolution to the problems, despite having insurance on 2 of the 4 phones.
