Signed up for discounted rate for first year, but got charged an additional surcharge each month for some obscure technical function I didn't want or need (they did remove it once I asked). Got charged $20 for the insurance certificate - twice!

Finally, when I was finally canceling the service, despite their cancellation guide and voice mail saying it would be instant, I was told it would take them 2 weeks to release the system at the central unless I paid them another $75 rush fee.

What a joke. I'll be monitoring my credit card statements to make sure they don't' also continue to bill me.
