Grand Resort Travel GDC LLC Scam me out of my money/refused refund/presented something totally diff from what they actually have Batesville Alabama

Trying to get this "membership" cancelled today with no luck. Their local "office" closed until Wednesday and Thursday. Corp office will not accept cancelation notice. Participated in a presentation on October 14th in their Charleston SC location. The presentation was super misleading. They told us we can't have our phones out while in the presentation. I can see why now.

The smart thing we did was my wife recorded the presentation (audio) where you can hear their misleading tactics. Luxury condo is absolutely not true. Went on their website Saturday morning to look after login setup and was mind blown on how dumb I can be to have fallen for this. Their locations are sub par at best. Run down and dated condos. Nothing "Luxury" about it.

Now obviously this is not the picture they paint during the presentation and they were smart enough to not post many pics on their website of these locations, really just one picture, if that, on their page. Little cross referencing on the internet made me aware on how these locations look. Due diligence after the fact they are stating we cannot cancel. Mind you I will never use this service as those locations they have are not to my standards and what they painted a picture of.

I have spoken to multiple representatives trying to get my money back as I have not even used their product and since it is between the three business day period for cancelation at least that's what we assumed.
