Grand Resort Travel grand discovery High pressure sales tactics and would not let us get out our cell phones to check on them. Sent over other salespeople to pressure us about their product and tried to make our timewhare sound like a bad investment. Wanted to buy itback from us. myrtle Beach South Carolina

We responded to  a free rip offer, which we normally discard. For some reason, we called on this one because we had been thinking of taking a cruise. Bad decision.

The promo said there would be a 90 minute presentation with no high pressure. We already own a timeshare and use it frequently and have been to their presentations and received legit gifts.

while there we wanted to get our our cell phones to check on their credibility. They kept saying to put it away and listen! Finally I just pulled it out and quickly checked after they said they were members of BBB and saw a negative review. Again, they argued it and said everyone gets negative reviews and being members of Diamond Resorts we should realize that. Luckily we did not give them our timeshare. They brought over other salesperson to pressure us.

By the next morning I wanted out. Tried contacting our bank and was at their door at opening on Monday. Called Grand discovery to cancel and they said NO.

Need help getting out of this contract. We cannot believe we signed
