Gray Taxidermy Biggest SCAM! Get ready to pay over triple what you thought. & still get unauthorized charges! Pompano Beach FL

Such a scam! If you bought and placed your deposit while on your vacation- DO NOT MOVE FORWARD! It's worth losing your deposit to go to any other company. My husband and I caught a sailfish down in Mexico on our Honeymoon. After we caught the fish on the boat, we were told it would cost us $753 to be taxidermy.

A week after that, we received an invoice for an additional $1,079.72. Sure enough, the mount price and crate price were not disclosed verbally- but were listed in the fine print in small lettering and surprise!...you're $753 fish turned into a $1,079.72 fish. BUT THAT'S NOT ALL!!!! On top of that- we got an invoice weeks after that one for an additional $504.70 to cover shipping ($404.70) and a random line that said "SALES ($100)".

So now we're at a fish purchase that we thought was going to be around $753 that turned into a fish that is a total of $2,337.42 because we keep getting random invoices with more and more charges. We ended up paying the balance of $1,584.42 (outside of the original $753 paid on the boat). Come to find out 3 months later, just before the fish was delivered- my card was charged ANOTHER $173.40 that WAS NOT AUTHORIZED!

I've called multiple times and have been laughed at and given the run around. Again, if you bought your fish on your vacation- try to cancel the deposit you made with your credit card company or just fork over in losing it. Our $753 fish ended up costing us $2,510.82. I filed a claim with my bank because enough is enough, and now I will be sure that every review avenue knows exactly what they're all about.
