Knew my insurance company had extended my two rooms an extra week. This black girl deactivated my room keys to harass me in the front lobby nothing but racist white hating demon bigots. We were really harassed the whole time. Their lawn man would get grass all over my car. One night somebody violently pounded on my door.
My son did record her refusing to give me our room keys back and falsely accused me of being rude to her. Rude to her! She was the one who was harassing me and my son and refused to give me our room keys back until he started recording her.
She was jumping on me in front of all the other demons in the hotel. This maid who I complained about who walked into my room while I had the do not disturb sign on my door wanted to retaliate against me. She was watching the whole thing but I didn't care. I wasn't backing down.
There were mostly black females at the front desk and the marketing manager Shannon told me that they were overbooked and why they couldn't extend our rooms. When I got a text from my insurance company on 08/30/2022 that our rooms had been extended to 09/09/2022. They weren't overbooked.
Matthew Day is the general manager he is white. But he is job scared so he had to go along with their evil deed with what they did to me and my son about our rooms.
This is phenix city where they can be demons and thieves. But they can get away with stealing from people and the local businesses. Any business in phenix city that the police chief harasses like this one tire shop must have not gone along with something.
The police chief claimed they didn't comply with something which I don't believe. When they have it out for you they go full force in this town. But bad deceitful bad business practices like the Hampton in here in phenix city can get away with it.

Don Cameron has a problem with women. Like most southern men do. This was why he sided with the insurance company, which claimed the driver was at fault for hitting me. But they still fought to pay. Because the insured was some how. Friends with the court judge. Who ruled against us. When the progressive claims adjuster testified. That their insured was at fault for the accident. Insurance companies sit on a pile of wealth, but they often resist handing over money or paying fairly when another driver totals your car. It's frustrating to see how the system works against the victims. The insurance commissioner’s office is supposed to protect us, yet they seem to be part of the problem, complicating matters with their bureaucracy and indifference. It feels like we’re trapped in a cycle of injustice, where those with power choose to ignore the struggles of everyday people. The anger boils inside as I navigate through endless calls and paperwork, only to find that my voice is drowned out by the cold, calculating nature of corporate policies. I just want to be heard and treated with respect, especially while trying to recover from an accident that wasn’t my fault.

And not only that, but you seem to be a race-baiter inasmuch as you are constantly bringing up race because, after all, it compliments you victim mentality. What do you actually do, Charles, except complain constantly. Poor baby.

Of course the owner had to advertise this sorry hotel location in phenix city. Due to the hurricane. I recent this after how I was treated. With the giving our rooms to somebody else . When our insurance company had extended our rooms another week.
This racist prejudice black female employee took our rooms and refused to give our room keys back. Arguing with me in front of the other employees. She got away with doing us this way. One day these employees were messing with the elevator where we couldn't get on.
Well this is phenix city. Where bad and deceitful business practices can get away with treated people like this.
