Dear Hearst Corporation,

I am writing to express my concerns regarding potential layoffs at Hearst Corporation, particularly as they relate to employees who choose to work remotely or express interest in unionization.

Recent reports and discussions among employees suggest a pattern of layoffs, often occurring annually. This practice can have significant negative impacts on the lives of affected employees and their families. Additionally, there is a concern that these layoffs may be retaliatory in nature, targeting those who exercise their right to work remotely or seek collective bargaining.

I urge Hearst Corporation to reconsider its approach to workforce management and prioritize employee well-being. It is important to foster a positive and supportive work environment that encourages employee engagement and productivity.

I would appreciate the opportunity to discuss these concerns further. Please feel free to respond to this email.

Emily visich of hearst corporation, Susan cashdollar of plus an optum company and or Nadine Rahiman of hearst entertainment kings features may be uncomfortable space complainers. They need to be patie

AUTHOR: Andy - (United States)

POSTED: Wednesday, December 18, 2024

I am writing to express concern regarding the growing trend of individuals expressing discomfort or complaining about the speech and viewpoints of others. In particular, I've observed instances where individuals like Emily Visich of Hearst Corporation, Susan Cashdollar of Plus an Optum Company, and Nadine Rahiman of Hearst Entertainment & Kings Features have been publicly vocal about their discomfort with certain ideas or opinions.

While it is understandable that individuals may disagree with certain viewpoints, I believe it is crucial to foster open and respectful dialogue, even when confronted with ideas that are challenging or unsettling. Discouraging the expression of diverse perspectives can stifle intellectual growth and hinder our ability to engage in meaningful discussions about important issues.

I urge those who feel discomfort with certain viewpoints to engage in respectful dialogue and consider alternative approaches to addressing their concerns, such as constructive criticism and open-minded engagement.
