One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning Total Misdiagnosis of my A/C along with scare and up sell tactics Indianapolis Indiana

Charged $89.95 for a misdiagnosis of my A/C unit.  The inept technician told me I needed a new A/C unit but could try to get it going for $2,400 but couldn't guarantee the work.   I declined the work and contacted a reputable company who diagnosed it entirely differently, had it up in running the same day with only a charge of $315.00.    

It was a total scam to try and get me to buy a new A/C unit.  Pathetic!  One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning has a 4 hour window to wait for the service call and they were an hour later than that.  They totally misdiagnosed the real problem, told me they had no idea how long it would take to get parts, and couldn't quote me a price for the A/C as that requires another appointment.  Basically, I paid them for deceptive diagnosis and to lie to me.
