It was suppose to be an online appraisal.  That turned into nothing but a loss of $95.00 to me.  I called customer service 1-888-862-9212 to no avail. 

Clearly fraud, pure and simple.

Twice I called for towing and noone answered left message noone called back. Cancelled membership and they still took money out of the bank. When I called them they lied and said I did not cancel b4 pymt due date, when I did. I said even if it were 3 or 4 days before u r still going to keep my money? They just stayed on repeat for their excuse. Don't get tied up with this service. Shiny promises no delivery on their promises. God ✝️ Bless

Just Answer I approached Just answer and they charged me a $1.00 feel to be followed by a $50/day fee. Then I was left hanging. I cancelled my account with them and I sent my bank printout of my communication with them and to not accept any payments from them.
