Kraftgun Golovan LTD Delivery scam, warranty scam, no customer service, refuse to cancel order North Miami Beach Florida

Ordered Kraftgun on 12/26/2019 for a disabled Veteran's birthday (2/07/2020). Figured I would receive in plenty of time. Used PayPal to complete transaction. Website claims 2 to 3 week delivery if in the United States, ships from Miami, FL. Was told would receive tracking number in 48 hours of placing order.

As soon as I received confirmation Invoice on 12/27/2019 I CANCELLED the order through their phone number and through email. Their email response shows Bait and Switch! Email from "Daniel" says high demand for orders, now 5 to 6 weeks. Still NO tracking number more than 2 weeks later. Now shipped form Hong Kong. FRAUD.

PayPal shows transaction from "Golovan LTD" for $268 (I purchased additional 2 year warranty). However, after reading "Warranty" information, customer has to ship back Kraftgun at their own expense, company decides if there is a malfunction. Will not warranty if dropped. So, if there is a "malfunction", customer would know immediately, don't need 4-year warranty. This is a SCAM.

My bank shows additional $8.04 "foreign transaciton fee", even though nothing is stated on their website. Only information shows it is shipped from Florida.

Daniel  from Kraftgun responded on 1/06/2020: 

"Obviously, you can get a refund (according to our policy you can also try it for 60 days and still return it for a full refund, and we'll cover the shipping).
We've kept saying that it'll soon be here, but finally (I know, it took way longer than expected) we got the stock yesterday and we're shipping ALL orders in the next few days (it’ll take us about 3-4 days to update your tracking number)
Once your order is shipped, you'll get another email with the tracking number.Again, in case you'd like to pass on your KRAFTGUN massager we'll obviously cancel it, but I'd highly suggest you to take advantage of our policy and at least give it a try.
Thank you for your patience and understanding, and I hope we’ll be able to change your mind about us in the future."

Daniel refused to CANCEL my order! So I filed a claim with PayPal. How many times does a customer need to cancel an order? You can only order the Kraftgun through their website. You cannot test it out anywhere before you buy.

BUYER BEWARE. Save all your emails. File a claim as soon as possible with your bank and/or PayPal. If you go to Kraftgun website, they now have a "Live Chat" agent. I cancelled for the third time today. And I received a Claim Number from "Rob".  Still no confirmation from PayPal of a full refund.
