I was shopping online for a Soundcore Motion+ Bluetooth Speaker. The search engine gave me link to "Office Products", where they had it in stock for $41 with free shipping. After I ordered it (using PayPay) a family member pointed out that this looks too good to be true, this was suspicious for being counterfeit products. (Clues:  Usual price everywhere else was $105. The website looks poorly constructed. The phone # is answered by a modem or fax tone. The physical address is in China).

I received an email confirming the order, and answered immediately to please cancel and refund the order. The refund policy on their website says:   "Cancellation We accept the cancellation of the order before the product is shipped or product. If the order is canceled, you will be fully refunded."

What followed was multiple email exchanges, with me requesting a refund, and them replying that my order will be shipped soon.  On Day 6 they sent a shipping confrmation with a China Post tracking number.  I continued emailing them my refund request, and now their replies changed to "if you do not receive the goods, the refund will be returned to the original way within 7 working days"

They were still saying this 3 weeks after the order date. I filed a dipute with PayPal, and got a full refund, not from the retailer, but from PayPal's disupte department.  (And to top it all off, the item never arrived)
