PawP Threatened by company for posting reviews of my experience Brooklyn NY

The company refused to reimburse my pet insurance claim when I followed their instructions for payment.  I then received an email from a Sarah within PawP that if I posted any negative reviews on consumer websites or social media I would be committing libel.

Libel is when you post false statements against someone, my experience was absolutely true and horrible with this company.

They do not want to pay or authorize emergency vet services and then if you finally get them to activate your emergency fund, they still deny payment.  They are absolutely worthless.

But threatening their customers into silence is not in any way acceptable.  They obviously don't want people to know how they operate and have something to hide.
