Phenix city police department The corruption in this town amazes me the police took my new neighbor to court for not having insurance cards but did nothing to the people who hit me and they didn't have any insurance Alabama

The district attorney had no right to include me in agreement or ashley and chaz hawthorne friends. To stay away from them. It ashley hawthorne coming around us, then she had her family move in. After she got my mother's checking account closed. With told my mother and me to stay away from all 4 of them as married couples.  It was all them against 1 person how sorry scum of them. The police also kidnapped people & put them in jail against their will in this town. Then they tell their family members different stories in the Sherriff's department and court. The phenix city police are criminals with a badge. Then they said I tried to threaten them. When it was ashley hawthorne who threaten my mother.

But it was a cooked-up thing. Because the clerk made sure to tell my mom. That she was married to a police officer. So nothing was going to be in our favor. Even though the police knew good and well. It was us being harassed.

Ashley hawthorne thought she had them wrapped around her finger. Like she has wells fargo along with chaz hawthorne.

Then when it's 7:30 pm that is when they tell you. It was 4:30 pm to pay the fine.

We regretted giving up our sue rights. Ashley hawthorne just kept harassing us she falsely called the police while my mom was opening up a new checking account which was closed due to her lies that my mom was harassing her. But she made a point to be at the bank the very last day she wasn't at the bank any other day.

She moved her family into her home after that to further torment me. That is all anybody ever wanted to do to me. Was cruel or torment me and my mother. The police were cruel and did torment my mother along with the judge and district attorney's office. We had a right to defend ourselves. After ashley hawthorne used the hate slur. Telling my mother to take her mentally retarded son back into her home.

 Like she had some authority over us.

Well, they should not have gone against me and my mother. With them knowing already ashley and chaz hawthorne were the ones harassing us. This is a violation of my freedom of speech. The judge nor the police didn't take into consideration the hate slur ashley hawthorne called me. When she told my mother why don't see take her mentally retarded son into her home. They both then started to call my mother the B word to the top of their lungs screaming at her and alarming the whole neighborhood.

It should have never gone that far, to begin with! Then the cops didn't like it cause I said ashley hawthorne was the B****. It was all right for the hawthornes to call my mother the B word but they were gonna try to get me in trouble for saying it. But it wasn't all right for me to call her the B word. Totally unfair then the hawthornes and their friends were really laughing it up on court day.

  It should have been dismissed because the cops were laughing with the hawthornes. there was a conflict of interest big time.  They wanted to do this so badly to me and my mother. We didn't even know the hawthonres for why they wanted this evil thing to happen to us. Because we had to call the police because their party friends were parking in front of our home throwing trash on our property.

I have a right to be angry!
