Poshmark False Advertising. Zero customer service. Redwood City California

I ordered an advertised product from Poshmark's vendor, @simpledecisions on April 5.  Vendor advertised that all items are mailed within 24 hours.   On April 8, I received an email from Poshmark stating that the vendor canceled the order.  False advertising of a product, false advertising of a shipment date.   They kept my money for 3 days before they finally decided that they would refund it within another 10-14 days.  Fraudulent business practices.   I contacted Poshmark, but received no customer support.
