ProtonMail Proton AG SERVICES DISABLED ACCOUNT OVER BOGUS CLAIM OF UN VERIFIED PAYMENT AND CONFISCATED ALL DATA OF EMAIL PROLONGING WITH WHOLE LIFE 1228 Plan-les-Ouates Geneva

Protonmail suspended my account on a bogus claim of carrying forward an untrue story of a suspected fraud payment which ive submitted documented bank statement and card pictures to verify ownership but they have been blocking access to even previous kept data in proton drive it has all my credit report bank mail two factor access, my education point of view graduate certificate and further enrollment waiting offers, and my music label company’s two factor to login. 

I seriously am confused at the fact that they’re violating their own terms which say account would be disabled on several non payments and this was the first ever they suspected after paying since 6 months without problem.

Im really really tensed regarding data as i had my custom domain as well connected to it and still having over all shopping and daily importance base account they don't even give access rather data even in attempt to resolve and miserably refuse me
What legal options do i have in Geneva because that’s where they can be approached only
