If you purchase from this company, either online or in their stores, you'll be offered a $1.99 for a membership that gives you deep discounts and free shipping on all items. In the fine print it will say that it renews annually (implies for $1.99 but doesn't actually say)You'll also assume it will renew 12 months from when you first purchased it.

However, only five months they charged my credit card for a "VIP" annual membership for $39.99. I can't get anyone to answer the phone and cancel this membership and I can't find my account on their website. going to have to dispute it with my credit card company.

After checking online I see complaints going back to 2016 about this company doing this.
