Stand Up Against SETF – This Is Bigger Than Just You
This isn’t just about billing errors or car loans. This is about fraud, credit manipulation, and a deliberate pattern of misconduct affecting borrowers, families, and the court system itself.
My Story
I am currently fighting SETF for:
Concealing a $19,000 vehicle payoff during my Chapter 7 bankruptcy
Threatening my wife with repossession, even while she was making payments
Reporting the vehicle as “surrendered” despite being paid off
Damaging both our credit reports with false and conflicting tradelines
This isn’t just about me — it’s a systemic failure. They bypassed court oversight, misled trustees, and harmed innocent consumers. If you’ve been through anything similar, you’re not alone — and it’s time we demand accountability.
If you’ve experienced any of the following:
Being told your vehicle was “surrendered” even though it was paid off or current
Repossession threats while your loan or lease was active and being paid
False credit reporting — including accounts marked “discharged” when they were paid, or balances reported inaccurately
Tradeline errors — open accounts marked as closed, wrong discharge dates, missing payments, or duplicate entries
Creditor harassment — including contact during bankruptcy, aggressive calls, or threats to family members
Loan or lease misconduct — delayed refunds, misapplied payments, hidden payoff transactions
Violations of the automatic stay or discharge under bankruptcy law
then you’re likely part of something bigger.
You Have the Right to Fight Back
I’ve already brought this to the attention of:
• The U.S. Trustee Program (USTP)
• The Department of Justice (DOJ)
• The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB)
• Members of Congress
• And national media outlets
They’re watching. Now it’s your turn to speak up.
What You Can Do:
1. File your complaints:
• CFPB: enforcement@cfpb.gov | info@consumerfinance.gov | consumerfinance.gov/complaint
• FTC: reportfraud.ftc.gov
• DOJ Criminal Division: Criminal.Division@usdoj.gov
• Congressional Oversight: Amanda_Critchfield@finance.senate.gov | FSCDems@mail.house.gov
2. Share your story with the media:
• Rachel Maddow – Rachel@msnbc.com
• The Intercept – ali.gharib@theintercept.com
• ABC News – auri.l.hogan@abc.com
• Truth in Media – ben@truthinmedia.com
• Wall Street Journal – ben.foldy@wsj.com
• FOX and Local – kelsie.cairns@fox.com | cgreene34@cox.net
If you want to take a stand — if you’re tired of being silenced. Then fight. We are stronger together. And if we stand together, we cannot be ignored. This is about justice, accountability, and restoring integrity to a broken process. Posting online complaints won’t fix this. But action — coordinated, legal, and public — will. The choice is yours: stay silent, or stand up. I’m not in this to lose. And I’m not standing alone. Remember: nothing will change unless you demand change.

YOU ruined YOUR credit by YOU not paying YOUR bills to the extent that YOU had to declare BK. Now you're here in very typical deadbeat fashion to cry, whine and stomp your feet and blame them for the consequences YOU caused. Very typical deadbeat methodology.
