TAFS Inc Trans Am Financial Services Fraudulent and Unethical Factoring Company Olathe KS

I am a veteran-owned small business and I have been calling and emailing TAFS for weeks (Since October 22, 2021-present) trying to get me and my carrier paid as well as my termination letter so I can move on to my new factoring company. They owe me money from 3 invoices and not giving me my money. I called their client services number several times and spoke with 2 supervisors and they keep telling me to email notices.

I email these people at least 10 times already and called them and nothing has been done. The only advice the client services representatives as well as the supervisors tell me is to keep emailing that department. I submitted all of the documents and sent an ACH payment for the release of my contract which ended on October 27, 20201, and I still did not receive my termination letter. I even ask them to call that department or if they have a number and they said that the department does not have a phone. How does this department do not have a phone? I have even been told that it is nothing they can do until this department answers me.
