Ordered 3 Tickets for the San Diego Padres vs Colorado Rockies on Father's Day thinking they played in San Diego. Nope the moment I realized that they were in Colorado I called their number less than 1 minute later and shockingly they would not refund my money. The price of the tickets were more than double that you can buy from the team themselves. After speaking to multiple people they read from a script and it is horrible customer service and all they can say is due to our policies we can not issue a refund. Horrible ethics and please buy tickets directly from the venue. Total scam artist. As well as they are not BBB affiliated which I should of known that they are rip off artist. They have a lot of real bad reviews so please do not support Ticket-Center.
