Our Time $58.48 POS/PM *OurTime.com $58.48 POS/PM *OurTime.com. charged me for a subscription and cannot .message

 So I delted my card information. I requested to stop taking my money and I canceled and deleted my account. Only to find that Our Time took another payment. So when you delete the card information they store your card information on a data base to keep taking your money. Total scam and rip off. No one to contact. I tried to contact their parent company Match.com and no human support. You have 2 choices on the call both return you to the website. I submitted an email fir support no responsecat this time. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO OUR TIME OR MATCH.COM. They will take your money and not provide any ANY support if your web sute works.

 So you have persons that may have reached out to connect with you. You the messaging connecting stuff. Not on Our Time. They want more money. Please see attached.

 All I ask is to refund my money due to a non functioning app or provide me a customer service number. Please.

 I get likes. Unfortunately OurTime does not let you know who, other than the hame. Blurred pictures and you cannot search for that name. Upgrade..always an Upgrade. Apparently my 60.00 for 3 months wasnt enough. One thing to keep in mind is that when you have blurred pics and cant contact them when you pay for a subscription those "likes" dissappear. I currently get 1 , ONE, message a day. I would never suggest this site to anyone.

 Cant message, cant view "liked" members. So my 3 month 60.00 member gives me 1 free message a day. Total scam.

 So I received a message. I cant open it until I upgrade. I guess i thought a 3 month was an upgrade compared to free. Apparently i was mistaken. Still trying to find a contact number...know i know why i cant. How many "members" are in the same boat? Oh no, you need to upgrade again for any type of contact.

 I need to reiterate my claim of not being able to message with my subscription. I get one ' Free" message every so many hours.

 After days of no emails no responses...Finally i received 3 emails today. Unfortunately one email was a FAQ. Another was ones that viewed me and the final one was someone likes you. That 'like' email and in my account was blurred and of course Our Time wants you to subscribe to a higher priced subscription. Why should i have to pay more money when i already subscribed for 3 months for 60.00? If i subscribe to a higher tier who knows what ill access to or not have access to.

Simply cancel the account and open a new one with a different number. It appears that fraud could be taking place by the ones at the company that you exposed.

 Another day of no access and no messaging. Our Time is a complete rip off

 As of today still no access for messaging. No way to contact customer support by phone. If you have a number please share so we can resolve this issue.
